Frequently Asked Questions
You asked, we answered
Is there any nic?
No. Every Pure diffuser is zero nic.
What's in the Complete Set?
6 diffusers: Cool Mint, Blue Raspberry, Watermelon Frost, Mullein, Lavender Berry and Peach Cream, plus Cool Mint, Baja Burst, Peach Mango, Berry Goodnight, Lemon Mint and Orange Dreamsicle pouch tins free.
How long does each one last?
Up to 1,200 uses per diffuser, and there's nothing to recharge.
What are Focus and Sleep pouches?
Pure pouches are zero nic. Focus pouches use natural caffeine and nootropics for the day; Sleep pouches are a nighttime formula to help you wind down. They're separate from the diffusers, and yours come free with this set.
Will this help me kick my bad habit?
Pure isn't a smoking-cessation product and isn't meant to treat nic addiction. It gives you the motion and the ritual without adding nic. If you're quitting, talk to your doctor about your options.
When will I receive my order?
3 to 5 business days in the US, 4 to 12 internationally.
Can I return it?
Yes. Every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Six diffusers for $80.
Plus six Focus pouches free. Covered by our 30-day guarantee.
Very awesome! I like it a lot and it’s nice for imitating the motion of a vape without being unhealthy for me. Unfortunately I put it through the wash, so I’ll have to get a new one early, but the product is very nice and high quality.
I think they are great but I was disappointed that the first one I tried didn’t last very long
How many puffs per item ?
Definitely didn’t seem to be a lot
